MY HEALTHY GUIDE TO GOOD LIFESTYLE

1. take 1.5 litres of water on a daily basis. Some juices of fruta.

2. consume eat five servings of fruits and vegetables daily to improve your digestion.

3. Follow a regular schedule of three large meals and snacks.

4. Exercise daily, at least 30 minutes.

5. Maintaining a healthy weight. If you are overweight or obese, lower pounds more.
